Opis : I am probably going to attract a lot of hate mail from the zealots who should be ignored in the first place but I do not care. This is a great movie and it portrayed the situation well. Post that shite somewhere else.------------------------- various skirmishes, two wounded soldiers, one Bosnian and one Serb, confront each other in a trench in the no man's land between their lines. They wait for dark, trading insults and even finding some common ground; sometimes one has the gun, sometimes the other, sometimes both. Things get complicated when another wounded Bosnian comes to, but can't move because a bouncing mine is beneath him. The two men cooperate to wave white flags, their lines call the UN (whose high command tries not to help), an English reporter shows up, a French sergeant shows courage, and the three men in no man's land may or may not find a way to all get along.

What i still do not understand is why the Serbians should at every little thing they do not even stop to consider it might be one of their own stranded at the middle trench especially when they sent two just a little while before. The Bosnians meanwhile still have no idea what is going on and in the dark about the whole mess. In the trench Chiki only killed the older Serbian because in self defense for he also could have killed Nino but showed humanity even if it mean as a hostage. Terrible mess
